At long range the impact might be a bit better since they both go down to 4 bullets and that means one burst of the imr, 2 from the arx, but not only is that a realllly long range, but chances are you aren’t going to hit all 4 shots in the burst unless they’re standing still.

HD-DVD Rewritable Specification ? adopted or…
Members of the Tokyo DVD Forum this week
actually approved the specification of HD-DVD rewritable, however, as stated
The Register with a link to the statement
one of the forum members, the official statement of the representatives was the following:
“The DVD Forum has yet to make a decision on whether to approve a standard for optical
discs under the blue laser or refuse its approval “. Recall that
an “approved” specification describes a single-sided disc of a standard
a size that can store up to 20GB of data.
This is an incomprehensible “endorsement” of the specification for rewritable discs
follows after last November forum members voted in favor of
Adoption of Toshiba and NEC offer as base technology for HD-DVD.
This same technology is used in rewritable media, which has also been
presented in November last year, but at that time did not receive enough
the number of votes of forum members for adoption.
The endorsement of the HD-DVD rewritable standard does not mean that competitive technologies
will not be developed. For example, Blu-ray technology, developed by Sony,
already commercialized and marketed under the Professional Disc for Data brand
(PDD). Whether the spec has been approved or not, one thing is certain: around research
in the field of using systems with a second generation blue laser (under 0.6 and
0.1 mm technology), serious passions are simmering even before an official decision is made
some time will pass.
