the daily price increase for 256 Mbit (32×8) DDR 333/400 SDRAM is
0.45 and 0.21%, respectively, the average price level is at 4.38
and $ 4.57 respectively.

The increased supply of SDR SDRAM caused a decrease in the interest of bidders
to 256 Mbit microcircuits with 32×8 architecture, while the price of microcircuits with
architecture 16×16 is stable at $ 4.80-5.65. Still
(and this, in addition to limited supplies and high demand, is due to the approach
CeBIT) the price of low-density SDR SDRAM chips is growing. Over the last 24 hours
the price of 64 Mbit chips (4×16) increased by 1.44% to 3.40-3.50 dollars per chip,
16 Mbit chips (1×16) – up 1.05%, up to $ 0.99-1.30. Average price of markers,
256 Mbit (32×8) of Hynix DDR266 / 333/400 chips has slightly increased and is
