90nm 3.4-GHz Prescott postponed until April
Intel Shifts Official Release of 90nm 3.4GHz Pentium 4 Processor Based on Prescott Core to April, Taiwanese Vendors Report. Previously, the release of a 3.4-GHz processor on a new core was expected in mid-March and the delay is associated with an insufficient percentage of production of suitable chips on 90-nm production lines.
