The United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has proposed
to use for a number of services in wireless communication networks a part of free TV broadcasting
ranges. In fact, the proposed use of “holes” in the ranges
currently used to protect channels from interference; despite
to objections from broadcasters, the FCC defends its point
view, arguing that new services (we are talking about high-speed
Internet access) alone cannot cause any problems.
The main reason that prompted the FCC to come up with such a proposal is
the commission’s commitment to provide broadband internet access services in

IT companies, in particular, Intel, whose CTO noted that the allocation
